The Arab Network for Quality Assurance in Higher Education ANQAHE has been established in June, 2007 as a nonprofit nongovernmental organization.

About Asia Pacific Quality Network (APQN)

Missions
In order to manage higher education and scientific research issues in member countries, CAMES has more specific missions to:
Promote and foster understanding and solidarity between Member States;
Establish permanent cultural and scientific cooperation between Member States;

Gather and distribute all academic or research documents: theses, statistics, information on exams, directories, annals, rankings, information on job offers and applications from all origins;
Prepare draft conventions between the states concerned in the fields of higher education and research and contribute to the application of these conventions;
Design and promote consultation with a view to coordinating higher education and research systems in order to harmonize the programs and levels of recruitment in the various higher education and research establishments, promote cooperation between the various institutions, as well as information exchange.

The Caribbean Area Network for Quality Assurance in Tertiary Education (CANQATE) was established in 2004 as a sub-network of the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).
The aims and objectives of CANQATE are compatible with those of INQAAHE whose principal purpose is to “enable members to share information about the maintenance, evaluation, accreditation and improvement of higher education and to disseminate good practices in the field of Quality Assurance”.
Against this background, CANQATE was established primarily as a network of external quality assurance agencies but included government ministries, state agencies, higher education institutions and related entities within the CARICOM region that have an interest in quality assurance capacity building.
CANQATE works to promote capacity building among countries and institutions of higher education and to facilitate regional discourses on policy and research in the fields of quality assurance and quality enhancement whilst engaging policy makers, researchers, evaluators, administrators and faculty in professional development.

Values & Principles
Membership in the Association is open to organisations which are recognised by the authorities of the respective countries as national or regional agencies in the field of quality assurance in higher education.
In its activity, the agency refers to internationally recognized standards and guidelines for quality assurance in higher education, such as the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG), INQAAHE Guidelines of Good Practice, ECA Code of Good Practice etc.
EQA processes are performed and decisions taken based on clearly established and published procedures and criteria. Generally, the methodologies should consider site visits and a transparent peer review system. Stakeholders’ involvement in EQA activities should be promoted.
The agency applies systematically procedures for internal QA or participates in external assessments that assure transparency, quality and integrity.

European Alliance for Subject-Specific and Professional Accreditation & Quality Assurance
Mission and Aims
The European Alliance for Subject-Specific and Professional Accreditation an Quality Assurance (EASPA) is a non-profit association seeking to provide a platform for the cooperation between the European and international quality assurance networks and international organisations in the development and harmonisation of their activities in the field of quality assurance and quality improvement in higher education. It thus contributes towards the development and implementation of the European Higher Education Area. To this end, EASPA provides a collaborative forum for the community of disciplinary, field specific European networks of quality assurance that assess the quality of study programs, schools or professional individuals.

Services and Projects
The European Consortium for Accreditation offers a range of  services to higher education institutions and quality assurance and accreditation agencies. ECA also participates in (EU funded) projects that contribute to the fulfilment of its mission and aims.

ENQA MISSION STATEMENT

About ENAEE
ENAEE was founded on 8 February 2006, at the end of the first EUR-ACE® project, by 14 European Associations concerned with engineering education.
It stemmed from ESOEPE, the “European Standing Observatory for the Engineering Profession and Education”, that had been established on 9 September 2000 with the purposes of:
building confidence in systems of accreditation of engineering degree programmes within Europe
facilitating exchange of information
developing voluntary agreements on accreditation of engineering educational programmes and recognition of engineering qualifications and
the development of standards for competency requirements of graduate engineers.
Members of ENAEE are agencies and professional organisations with an interest in the education and formation of engineering professionals.

The European Quality Assurance Network for Informatics Education (EQANIE) is a non-profit association seeking to enhance evaluation and quality assurance of informatics study programmes and education in Europe. It was founded on January 9th, 2009 in Düsseldorf, Germany. It has around a dozen institutional members from countries across Europe. Each institution nominates a representative to the General Assembly, the governing body of EQANIE. The General Assembly appoints members of an Executive Board, responsible for the management of EQANIE activities. The Executive Board appoints a Secretary General who supports these activities.
 
EQANIE develops criteria and procedures for the evaluation and quality assurance in informatics study programmes and education. Furthermore, it develops and maintains a system for the award of a European quality-label (Euro-Inf) for informatics degree programmes as well as its protection and continued further development. EQANIE provides information about events, activities and publications relevant to quality assurance in informatics education and lists study programmes that have been awarded the Euro-Inf quality label. It maintains contacts and relationships with other European and non-European organisations with similar goals. EQANIE also promotes the development of national and regional accreditation bodies and organises events, seminars, workshops and conferences in its field of activities.

AQAAIW was founded in May 4, 2011 as an association of quality assurance agencies of education and public authorities, responsible for the quality of higher education in the Islamic world. The purpose of AQAAIW is to stimulate and improve the quality of higher education in the Islamic world.

Mission and Values
Pakistan Network of Quality Assurance in Higher Education was launched in the 1st International Conference on Quality Assurance in Higher Education, December 18-19 2017 organized by Khyber Medical University at Peshawar.
In the conference, Quality Enhancement Cell of KMU proposed Pakistan Network of Quality Assurance in Higher Education to provide a platform to QECs of Pakistani HEIs which are established in 170 Universities. The proposal was accepted by almost all the participants from national and international HEIs.
Therefore all the members of the conference were nominated as full members of PNQAHE and interim committee was constituted for the voting process of executive committee of the network. The executive committee was constituted on September 27, 2018 and nomination of other positions of the board was also finalized on the same day.
INQAAHE is a QA community, with shared interests, a common language and an understanding of how things are done with regard to a very specific field of work. It provides a forum for the discussion of global issues that go beyond national or regional boundaries, such as cross border education. Members have the opportunity to learn from what others are doing, both from their successes and their failures, and thus have now set the ground for the development of a QA profession.
MISSION
To strengthen the system of Quality Assurance in Higher Education through filling gap among the Quality Assurance practionners of Higher Education and Stakeholders of Higher Education for the Quality Education provision to bring forward Pakistan in the list of developed countries.
PURPOSES
To learn and share successful practices, techniques and procedures applied for Quality Assurance and Enhancement in Higher Education Institutes.
To organize Conferences on Quality Assurance to provide forum for the Researchers and Practioners of Quality Assurance.
To communicate and facilitate the members for accomplishments of Targets set by Quality Assurance Agency, Higher Education Commission for the assurance of Quality Education and National Qualifications framework
To provide broad spectrum image of Quality Assurance implementation in Universities of Pakistan to the Higher Education Commission Pakistan to facilitate the commission for setting targets and improvement plans of Quality Education for the Public and Private Universities.
To elevate the capability and professional skills Quality Assurance managers in quality enhancement and quality assurance.F. TO highlight the successful practices of Pakistani Universities on Quality Assurance at International Level through sharing feedback with the International Agencies.

INQAAHE is in official partnership with UNESCO as a Non-Governmental Organizations.
“The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization may make suitable arrangements for consultation and cooperation with non-governmental international organizations concerned with matters within its competence, and may invite them to undertake specific tasks.” (UNESCO’s Constitution)
Since its founding, UNESCO has sought to collaborate with NGOs, which are fundamental civil society partners for the implementation of the Organization’s activities and programmes. Over the years, UNESCO has built up a valuable network of cooperation with NGOs having an expertise in its fields of competence, i.e. education, science, social and human sciences, culture, communication and information.
INQAAHE is among the 373 international NGOs in official partnership with UNESCO.
In addition to this formal framework, the Organization has also been carrying out a range of activities hand in hand with non-governmental partners, not only at international and regional levels, but also at national level.

ARGENTINA-SOUTH AMERICA- UNESCO Laureate, and Vice Chancellor, Crown University Int’l Chartered Inc (Argentina, Americas Affiliates Worldwide), World Acclaimed Distinguished Professor of Information Communication Technology (ICT), Professor Sir Bashiru Aremu has advised that all global Accreditation bodies, registration and University recognition Agencies, Stakeholders, Students Communities, and Partner Universities, Institutions, Organizations, groups, Individuals, and Corporate bodies.
The VC, Crown University Int’l Chartered Incorporated (Argentina, Americas, and Affiliates Worldwide) made this assertion today in a press release made available to Newsmen by his Senior Special Assistant, On Media And Publicity, Sir Bieni Victor Emenike stated that the Board and Management of CUICI frowned totally at that development as the University is fully and globally registered, recognized, accredited and is, will and continue to maintain its autonomous identity as a legal entity with a different, unique trademark and caution against further move to avoid legal action.

He then went down memory lane to narrate the history of Crown University Int’l Chartered Incorporated to Clarify and debunk the allegations and put the records straight for future references.
Professor Sir Bashiru Aremu stated that CUICI Website is www.crownintl.education, with both old and new logo, that the old logo is the first he started with, which he said has also being registered as an international trademark order with receipt number: 668383, Customer number:270163, that the new logo is currently the one being used by the University, which is also unique, that is there on the Internet for everyone to see.
Crown University International Chartered Inc VC stated further that his Institution is a full legal entity in both registration and accreditation as the referenced his University’s registration with the Department in charge of University Education both the Argentine Ministries of Education and Health in his new school’s corporate headquarters.
In his words: “We have all our documents of registration intact with the Ministerio de Education Argentina. The Ministry of Education of Argentina deals with Education in Argentina. Professor Sir Bashiru Aremu stated that CUICI Certificate is a legal tender document both public and private.
The World Distinguished Professor of Information Communication Technology, then gave some explanations on the roles of each global Accreditation bodies in partnership with Crown University International Chartered Incorporation, aside other Universities, Institutions, Organizations globally.
He stated that International Association of Transnational Universities is a worldwide education accrediting network following the GAAP standards of the board of quality standards.

According to Professor Aremu, the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) acts as a translation device to make national qualifications more readable across Europe, promoting workers’ and learners’ mobility between countries and facilitating their lifelong learning. The EQF aims to relate different countries’ national qualifications systems to a common European reference framework. Individuals and employers will be able to use the EQF to better understand and compare the qualifications levels of different countries and different education and training systems.
He finally stated that the European Union (EU) is a political and economic union of 28 member states that are located primarily in Europe.[11] Its members have a combined area of 4,475,757 km2 (1,728,099 sq mi) and an estimated total population of about 513 million.
