Venezuela, a country located at the northern end of South America, occupying a roughly triangular area that is larger than the combined areas of France and Germany stages the Venezuelan 16th World Africa Week in Venezuela today, 26th-27th May 2021.
The event which is kicking up by 2:00 PM Venezuela time while 7:00 PM Nigeria time today could be watched in every party of the world virtually using the following linking
The 16th World Africa Week in Venezuela with the theme: “VII Cultural Festival with the Peoples of Africa and Venezuela: Dance and Song for Unity”, has shown over the years the concern this great country has for the African continent.
Venezuela is bounded by the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean to the north, Guyana to the east, Brazil to the south, and Colombia to the southwest and west. The national capital, Caracas, is Venezuela’s primary centre of industry, commerce, education, and tourism, is such a country blessed with oil and numerous natural resources which have turned it into a hub of investors.
The Venezuelan Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency, David Nieves Velasquez Caraballo made this known to Africa Security Investigation News today, urging Nigerians to make seize the opportunity to connect with the live program.
“By the virtue of my national assignment to Nigeria, Nigeria is my second home, and for this, I urge all Nigerians to join the 16th World Africa Week in Venezuela and see for themselves the importance of unity and how loving the Venezuelan government loves Africa and Africans. I assure you all, you will not regret participating virtually”.
Speaking on Nigeria’s representation at the Africa week in Venezuela, he said, ” because it’s an online activity, all the participation are through online participation. Nigeria will be present through the National Troup of Nigeria, of “Mambisa”.
