… Urges Nigerians to sing the common song of peace

The Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Women of Divine Destiny Initiative, WODDI, Her Excellency, Dr. Mrs. Zinariya Nneoma Rochas Okorocha has called on Nigerians to imbibe the spirit of giving, stating that giving is one of the components of love, and where love exists, there is unity, tolerance and sacrifices.

The immediate past Imo State First Lady made the call in a Christmas Carol she organised in Abuja under the auspices of WODDI on Friday.

According to her, “give a cup of water, show some affection, give a smile, compliment others. Don’t forget that what you get depends on the amount of what you give. Let us go out there and show love to those in need around us, and by so doing, the world would be a better place”, she added.

Pastor Chima Ochenba Senior pastor of Church of God Mission International, reacting to a question regards the youth, after the event, said,
“Hope is found in Jesus. The Bible says there is no other name given amongst men by which you must be saved. I’ve been privileged to work with young people. I want to think that I’ve discovered that Christ brings hope, hope that no finances can bring. I’ve seen young rich hopeless young people. I’ve seen broke hopeless young people and what unifies us all is Jesus Christ, the youth restiveness we have in this country is, amazingly, awfully beyond words. I’m using two extreme words, because we have seen failures at very different levels. But one of the things we remembered Christmas is that the world was also in a hopeless situation until Christ came. And I want to encourage every young person, there is hope for you. There is hope for the nation, Nigeria will emerge. The prophecies on this country will sustain, God has heard our prayers”.
